Costa Rica Yoga Retreat

Step off the beaten path with me and enjoy a week immersed in practice while surrounded by beauty. 

We stay at the secluded boutique hotel Finca 360. Nestled on the edge of the cloud forest, this is a retreat like no other. You will enjoy daily yoga and meditation amidst tranquil scenery, eat nourishing meals prepared by a chef, venture to a majestic waterfall, and experience a meditative forest bathing.

On this retreat you can expect spectacular Costa Rican scenery, meditative and contemplative practices that inspire awareness and connection, and rejuvenating yoga posture practice.

Sample Schedule with optional (but included) excursion:

6:45 - 8:15 Meditation, Chanting, Yoga Posture Practice

8:30 Breakfast

9:00 Depart for Blue Falls Waterfall Hike

12:30 Lunch

2:00 - 4:30 Free time (pool, jacuzzi, massage, read, journal, nap, trail walk, etc.)

4:30 - 5:45- Practice

6:30 Dinner

All yoga, traveling, hiking, swimming, and transporting is done at your own risk and Erica Hoven Yoga is free from all liability. Erica Hoven Yoga reserves the right to cancel the retreat because of inadequate enrollment that makes the Retreat economically infeasible to host. If the retreat is cancelled, Erica Hoven Yoga’s liability is limited to a full refund of your payments, minus credit card fees. Erica Hoven Yoga will not be liable for any other costs, damages, or refunds of any kind for any loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, or expense whatsoever in such circumstances, including but not limited to your airline reservation.
