It’s so nice to meet you
I started practicing yoga regularly in 2014, primarily to recover from an injury. The physical practice inspired me, the breathing practices reduced stress and removed tension, and the meditation practice brought focus and clarity to my life. Two years later, I graduated from my first teacher training and have since completed five additional training courses. I am certified to teach yoga, meditation, and pranayama to Veterans, people in Recovery, and people in Cancer treatment. My group classes are a reflection of honoring traditional lineages of yoga and my love of exploring movement and strength building. Teaching yoga is a life-long study, and it’s an honor to share these life-changing practices with our community.
